Virtual Group Pilates (package purchase)

In collaboration with WAVE Movements


Multi-session packages available for purchase, consistent with our sliding scale policies aimed at facilitating access across a variety of financial situations. These classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates while exploring fun, challenging and gratifying movement work. We will work on postural alignment, breathing, core strength and stability, controlled movement, and flexibility. When the body is equipped with good core strength, movements are more efficient and the body is better protected against injury! Most of the workout will take place on the floor, so make sure you have the support needed in that position. Bring a mat /towel to lay on, an additional towel to use as a prop, a stretchy band like item (something long to use like a scarf of yoga pants), and a water bottle to class!
